Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Single Sessions
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or session credit.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee and are non-refundable.
2. Coaching Packages
Packages cancelled before any sessions have been used are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Once sessions have begun, refunds will be issued for unused sessions only, minus an administration fee of £10.
Partially used packages are non-transferable to another person.
3. Digital Products & Online Programmes
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once a programme or resource has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If Matt Fit Coaching needs to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full reschedule or refund - your choice.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at mattfitcoaching@outlook.com with your booking details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
