Terms of Service

By booking a session or purchasing a coaching package with Matt Fit Coaching, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Matt Fit Coaching offers personal training, massage therapy, life coaching, and related services. All sessions are provided by Matt and are subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via the scheduling system.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

3. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • You confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in the services booked.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or medications prior to your session.

  • Matt Fit Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

  • If you are under medical supervision, please consult your doctor before booking.

5. Liability

  • Matt Fit Coaching will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in sessions, except where caused by proven negligence.

  • Clients participate in physical training at their own risk.

6. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality.

  • Information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful communication is expected at all times.

  • Matt Fit Coaching reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Online Sessions

  • For video call sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.

  • If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on your end, the session will be considered used.

  • If the issue is on our end, the session will be rescheduled at no charge.

9. Photography & Testimonials

  • Before and after photos or testimonials will never be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • Matt Fit Coaching reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  • Continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
